I was born in Mongolia and moved frequently with my family when I was young. I developed a love for sports, which helped me adapt to the new environment. After graduating from the Mongolian National University, I worked at the Ministry of Social Security in Mongolia for ten years. Later, a move to Taiwan opened the door to mindful movement and meditation, which slowly became part of my everyday life. My curiosity then led me to study different practices in China, Thailand, Myanmar, and India.
Over the last 15 years, I have devoted myself to holistic health as a certified yoga instructor. I have trained in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Buddhist mindfulness, and Taoist Qigong and Tai Chi. Today I bring these traditions together to support modern urban life, helping people manage stress, release chronic tension, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. I combine practical business experience with a grounded, heart-centered approach to well-being
My work focuses on simple, self-healing exercises that calm the nervous system and reconnect body and mind. Through breathwork, mindfulness, Qigong, and Tai Chi, I guide people into slower, more aware movement so they can feel present, stable, and energized.
With experience in consulting and management, I also understand the pressures of modern work life and design sessions that are realistic, respectful of time, and easy to integrate into daily routine.
Greetings, Nara
