In my journey, as my mindfulness practice deepened, I began to notice the quiet beauty of meditation—how simply being present in each moment gently brings my mind back to peacefulness and happiness.

Last few years I felt naturally drawn toward healing in motion where, through conscious and intentional movement rooted in Eastern self-healing wisdom. This led me to immerse myself in ancient traditions like Qigong, Tai Chi, and Acupuncture, where I found that healing emotional and physical body .
