I was born in Mongolia and moved frequently with my family when I was young. I developed a love for sports, which helped me adapt to the new environment. After graduating from the Mongolian National University, I worked at the Ministry of Social Security in Mongolia for ten years. Eventually, I moved to Taiwan. While in Taiwan, I was inspired by mindful exercise practices and began practising meditation myself. After this, I started to travel and study different techniques in different countries, such as China, Thailand, Myanmar, and India.
My journey into holistic health began over 12 years ago when I became a certified Yoga instructor. I delved deep into Eastern traditional self-healing techniques and mindfulness practices, such as Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Buddhist mindfulness, Taoist Qigong, and Tai Chi. I am now merging my business acumen with my passion for holistic wellness to make a meaningful impact on health and well-being.
I am dedicated to harnessing the power of self-healing exercise and restoring harmony within the body. Through my expertise in Pranayama, breath exercises, and mindfulness, I empower individuals to cultivate present-moment awareness and inner peace. As a QiGong and Taiji trainer and Acupuncture practitioner, I guide clients through gentle movements and energy cultivation techniques to enhance overall well-being.
With over two decades of experience in consulting and management roles, I bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of knowledge in business, public project analysis, and operational management to my new path within holistic health.
